Harrassment for an account that is not mine.

I have been harrassed for weeks now. I have explained to callers aswell as via numerous emails that the account does not belong to me. ID numbers don't match. I have never had or currently have a Game account. The harrassment won't stop. I have asked that my details be removed from the database as it is incorrect. Please help me resolve this case as communication with MBD seems to be helpless.
