HARRASSMENT! Constant HARRASSMENT
MBD agents are soooo rude. They call you 10 times a day, even after you've made arrangements. They do not know how to treat clients. Can someone put a stop to this. They call the office, mobile number even relatives if they get their numbers. Train your agents in customer service. how are they still business I wonder. are they event legit? There attempted to do a debit order without me agreeing to it even. SHOCKED by their service.
