MBD Collections has proven to be a nightmare of a company, showing utter disregard for customer rights and resorting to harassing tactics. I have been a victim of their relentless pursuit to extract money from me for an account I never even used.

Three years after opening an account with Virgin Active, which I should add was before the devastating onset of COVID-19, MBD Collections suddenly emerges from the shadows and claims I owe them money. What a coincidence that they come out of hiding after such a long period, just when I've moved and my life has undergone significant changes.

First and foremost, I never even stepped foot inside Virgin Active during my tenure with them, as I diligently followed the government's guidelines to avoid gyms during the pandemic. The fact that MBD Collections had the audacity to imply that I owe money for a service I never utilized is not only ludicrous but also deeply offensive.

Their relentless phone calls, bordering on harassment, is both distressing and infuriating. It seems like they do not understand the concept of boundaries or respect for their customers' privacy. Daily calls demanding payment for something I never did or used only adds insult to injury.

It is evident that MBD Collections cares little about proper communication or adhering to ethical business practices. Instead, they seem to thrive on exploiting vulnerable customers who find themselves in difficult situations, especially during a global pandemic.

To sum up, MBD Collections has shown an appalling lack of integrity, professionalism, and respect for their customers. Their baseless claims, harassment tactics, and unauthorized account sales are completely unacceptable. I urge anyone who encounters their services to be cautious and vigilant and to stand up against such unjust practices.

As for my case, I will not back down until this unjust claim is withdrawn, and I demand an apology for the stress and anxiety caused by MBD Collections' irresponsible actions. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned with both MBD Collections and Virgin Active for associating with such an ************ debt collection agency.
