Harrassment at a new level

They harrass my fiance and myself at least 4 times a day and I have a payment plan agreement with them which I am paying and now tell me I need to pay more. The fact that I have asked them on numerous occasions to not contact my fiance which they assure me they won't and yet continue and he is not responsible for the account. I cannot believe Truworths would associate themselves with a bunch of attorneys like this.
