Harrassment!

This company is something else. I worked as an credit consultant years back and still know the law around credit collections. They phone you 3-4 times a day to tell you to make a payment, after you made arrangements to pay at the end of each month. They charge you for each and every call, making it impossible to pay off even the smallest of dept. They give out the wrong banking details then harass you for their incompetence, and treat you like a ********. When I tell them it is ******* to phone without cause they hang up the phone. I have asked more than once for statements and the origanal documents from where they bought my dept, which I am entitled to. And have not received anything. But they keep calling and harassing before payment is due. And I know that they are not allowed to keep phoning you if you keep your arrangement. But that doesn't stop them. This company is *****ing money and exploiting people!
