Harrassment
Contacted by MBD wrt to a Vodacom account that I supposedly took out. Problem being that I never took out this account.
Have called me 50 times. I have returned their calls about 10 times & explained that its not me. Even went to Vodacom who have no record of an account in my name (MBD suggested that I do this).
Informed MBD.... 3 hours later another call harassingly me for an account I never took out and according to Vodacom doesn't actually exist

05 Sept 2024, 15:39I'll await your feedback because seemingly your consultants don't record conversation nor keep any records of anything. Please supply me with the contract that I supposedly signed with my signature and the FICA that was done to verify that the person taking out this account was actually me (copies of IDs etc).
