Harrassment

I am beyond words.

I have been harassed by this company for the past three years. They call up to ten times a day and then when I call them with my money on my cellphone, they have the audacity to have an attitude.

I have called this company now seventeen times this last week, asking that they please remove me from their "debtors" list. They have the incorrect ID number and the company keeps on calling me. I had to go and install Truecaller so I do not get bothered by a company I do not owe a cent.

My question is this, how difficult can it be to listen to a person? How many times should I ask to be removed? Surely if you consider yourself professional, which I hope you do , this does not fly.

I am in the process of registering a case with the Ombudsman. And I really hope they either give you one massive fine or take you to court.

Being harassed for something I have nothing to do with, for three years running!! Ridiculous!
