Harrassment

I signed up for debt review in June and the debt counsellor has been in contact with all the companies informing them to stop contacting me. However, MBD attorneys on behalf of Virgin Active have been phoning me every day, even going as far as finding the number of my parents home number and phoning them, as well as contacting me on my office number and sending sms. They have been informed several times by both myself and the debt review company that they may not contact me anymore, but still continue to call and not only that but each time they phone the amount outstanding that i have to pay increases substantially. MBD go and check your records of when the debt review service was notified to both yourselves and Virgin active, MONTHS ago. I am liable for the amount which I owed when I signed up for debt review months ago, not nearly double, as per your records.
