Harrassment
I make payment on my account every single month yet I get at least 3 calls on my cell, and 3 calls at the office DAILY..... They say if I pay via debit order they will stop phoning,.... Which I am not comfortable to do.... So they just harrass me daily. The law stipulates that debt collectors are only allowed to phone you 7 times in a 7 day period.... and this includes unanswered calls!!!!
I understand I have a debt to pay, and I AM paying monthly..... Every month..... So why harrass me??? Especially at work?!?!?!
How do I get the harrassing calls to stop?!?!?!
