Harrassed

A while ago I got an SMS from MBD re an account hat had been handed over, i immediately called them to find the details. I asked the representative for a copy of the account so that a could verify that it was legit. I waited a while, phoning a few times to get an update on the account. Three months later I get the account, which now had additional collections fees added to it. I immediately verified the account as genuine and paid the account, but back dated the collect fees to the original amount. I do not think that is is fair to hold me responsible for their slowness.<br> <br> A year later and I am still being harassed for the outstanding collection fees, despite explqing my situation to at least half a dozen of their staff, including a few managers.<br> <br> How do I get this to stop, and paying the fees is not an option <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Nds Credit Management to MBD Attorneys by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
