Harrasment while Insolvent and under Sequestration

I was declared Insolvent and placed under Sequestration by High Court Order in March of 2014. This High Court Order was sent on separate occasions to MBDCS and I was promised that they will remove my details from their system.<br> <br> I'm being harassed for written-off debt that they have bought from several Financial Institutions.<br> <br> They have now started again with their harassment!<br> <br> I've sent several e-mails to their Call Center Supervisor regarding this matter. I'm not receiving any feedback however they keep on sending me sms's with their so-called claims!<br> <br>
