Harrasment - unstoppable
<p>I have had it with MBD - I had 3 phone calls today at my place of work and they don't stop. I have asked them time and time again not to phone me at work, as we are not allowed to take personal calls but they keep on phoning. I have downloaded the complaint form for Debt Collectors and will go to the Police Station to get it Certified. They are getting me in trouble at work and I am fed up with it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent them proof of payments and told them I do not wish to sign a debit order, but they keep on phoning. I will not answer my phone as they are in bridge with the code of conduct. If I have asked you not to phone me at work then don't.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

I received an e-mail yesterday stating that the call centre will only phone me after hours, Today guess what, another call and that was at 8:54 this morning. So clearly the call centre either didn't get the message or they are ignoring direct orders.
But I must say I am not suprised. I am blocking every single call I'm getting from MBD. They will only be able to correspond via e-mail.

According to Flora Mohale, my number are frozen on the system, but I am still getting phone calls on my work line and the people phoning are rude and adament.
I am going to see a laywer now, as I do not now how else to handle this.
It is getting out of hand and it is affecting my job.
