HARRASMENT - UNHAPPY , UNHAPPY NOT THE WORD

Dont even think they deserve a 1 star rating. It is ridiculous they delayed in giving me a settlement letter and guess what i am receiving a callfrom Munnik Basson Degama Inc. at least 3 or 4 times a day telling me that i am liable for the full amount. I know i have to pay the full amount but they delayed the process and now they are threating me. I have informed them that there is a debit order currently for every month so payment will be made until it has been paid in full. Told the agent today that they do not need to call me to thank me for payment or call me everyday to remind me about the settlement payment it is not the 9th yet. They dont need to add onto my account for all the damn calls they keep making to thank me and to remind me.. they should not be calling as there is a debit order in place. This is HARRASMENT AT ITS BEST. your block the number theyn find another way of calling you.
