Harrasment of the highest order because of YOUR incompetence.

My mother had a Jet account. After paying up the account she requested it to be closed. After the account had been supposedly closed Jet demanded payments on policies and things she never asked or had on her account. Now we are being constantly harassed by these people from MBD Credit Solutions. I have a letter from Jet stating that the account is payed up and closed. I have emailed it to every person who phones me and do not get any response. This is harassment of the highest order! The last person I spoke to was Ingrid and mailed the letter of confirmation to *** yet every day another person phones me harassing me over an account that is not even mine! I don't want to answer my own damn phone anymore! Is there someone at MBD who can contact me and have this resolved please, this is ridiculous.
