Harrasment E-Mails

We sold our property in VDBP and it was registred into the new owners name 31 July 2015.<br> In Sept2015 we still received a account for R157.00 which I paid on 02/10/2015.<br> <br> Now I get these harrasment letters on my e-mail and very rude people phoning me<br> telling me I must take off work to go and sort this out at the Municipality!!!<br> <br> The account number on the letter does not correspond with the account number on <br> my tax invoice!!! My account number is ***2 and I am getting letters for <br> account ***5.<br> <br> I faxed through the proof of payment as well as the statement to MBD but still<br> the phonecalls and e-mails continue. <br> <br> This is not acceptable!!!
