Harrasment

I am being harrassed by MBD attorneys who call you up to 10 times a day. When you answer the calls and midway speaking to them they disconnect you. Despite having an arrangement in place they tell you their is no arrangement. As bad as things are they still want to strip you of the remaining dignity you have when they call you. So in addition to all the interest being charged we now have to pay for 10 and more calls per day! Who regulates businesses like this?
