harrasment
these people harass me daily I receive an average of 5 phone calls a day, when I speak to their collection agents to make an arrangement they are rude, they threaten me with legal action and do not accept arrangements I try to make with them. they belittle me every time they call me. I am on the verge of opening a civil case against them.
