Harrased for an account which it not mine !

I have been receiving calls and messages from MBD credit solutions for an account which is not mine. I called in numerous times to ask for my phone number to be removed and it has not been done.The one agent informed me that I would need to call in 6 or 7 times before it is done. Tried calling the call centre the line just rings. Really ridiculous to be reviewing these calls and messages several times per week.
