Harassments

This company has been harassing me for the last 6 weeks, phoning me everyday and wanting to speak to someone that owes them money. They have promised me that my number was removed from their system but everyday someone still phones me asking to settle their accounts. I have requested to speak to a manager but then phones gets dropped in my ear. Can someone senior from this company please get back to me.
