Harassment without reason.

I have been living abroad for 5 years, I did not even know where this Emfuleni is, I subsequently found out it is Vanderbijlpark. I HAVE NEVER LIVED THERE IN MY LIFE. I asked them for documentations so that I can investigate the matter. All they want is an affidavit. My problem is how can I make an affidavit without the address. <br> <br> I have a theory about this
