Harassment to Collect, Performance anxiety to Correct

Dear Complaints Officer,

Thank you for the prompt response in informing me that nothing will done as MBD will not be mandating the SABC book from today. My documents were given months ago, not today.

I am still waiting for the contact details of who is the supervisor of Mr M Mogosi the Portfolio Team Leader to discuss the poor performance and harassment of the Johannesburg division.

Awareness of such conduct should be raised. Accountability and transparency of a group of members which profit from debt through harassment.
