Harassment, plain and simple. Even if you make arrangements, they call every day and then they also want to charge you for calling every day. Personally i think they should have their license revoked as the people making the phone calls are not attorneys nor do they have the proper training to deal with people.

And god help you if you want a statement, apparently that is beyond their capabilities.
