Harassment over NSFAS repayment which has been paid

I have been paying my NSFAS repayment since 2016, at the time I was contacted by a company called Black Fox and the arrangements were made with this credit company. This company is listed on the NSFAS website as one of their credit collectiors.

Out of the blue I was contacted by MBD late last year indicating that I needed to increase the repayment amount which I did. However since then they send me sms's to remind me to pay even though NSFAS does a direct debit from my bank account. Over the past 7 months they have called me religiously each month saying I have not paid even though the money has been debited.

I do not understand why I have to be harassed constantly for an arrangement that I have kept to? Why are they not checking with NSFAS prior to sending me numerous sms's and calls unnecessarily?

I have checked on the NSFAS website and they are not listed on there, I therefore cannot verify if indeed they are one of their credit collectors. I will also report them to NSFAS as I cannot take the unnecessary harassment. Just today I was sent 3 messages saying I have not paid and two calls from them one demanding I pay and the other wanting me to confirm my banking details.

Stop harassing me without verifying with NSFAS whether I have paid or not. This also indicates that MBD is not a credit collector for NSFAS because if they were they would know that I have paid.
