Harassment over Christmas and New Year

I've been having calls from them since before Christmas about money I owe to Woolworths and need to pay it immediately even though I am under Debt Counseling which has been explained over and over with every call as it is never the same person. My debt counselor had closed for Festivities so my hands were tied. My Husband has been in ICU and these calls come through so early in the Morning so you automatically think the worse. Since my debt counselor is back, they have sent them emails as I have been cc'd in these and these calls still continue. I've asked them to get hold of the debt agents and they tell me they are not allowed to.
