Harassment over an account that is not mine

I am constantly being harassed to pay R4000 for a Truworths account when my Truworths balance has been 0 for over a year. I am being threatened with being blacklisted and handed over for a debt that is not mine. Get your ****ing facts straight before calling someone. I have also said all this to the agents and they all say the same thing "we will remove your number from the system".

I will no be going the legal route, I hope I will be able to sue this bull**** company
