Harassment on Prescribed Debt - ***

Hi

This is in no way or form an acknowledgment of the debt. This debt no longer exists and has been prescribed.

Can you please stop phoning me and sending sms over the last 2 weeks to my cellphone number in regards to my alleged Vodacom Account. This is harassment.

I do not acknowledge any debt with Vodacom.

Unless you can prove otherwise, you must close this file.

Amendments to the National Credit Act (NCA) in 2015 made it clear that it is ******** for any credit provider or debt collector to try to collect payment on a prescribed debt. If this persists, without providing evidence, I will email **********

Thank you.
