Harassment on Incorrect Contact Details

I left a complaint for this company in March of 2024 that the call center keeps harassing me, looking for a person that has a different number. After confirming my number has been removed from their system, the calls started again, and this time looking for Miss Shongwe!! I even informed the latest call centre caller (call received 20/06/2024 at 13:19) that I have informed MBD on NUMEROUS occasions that this number does not belong to a Mr. Chauke or a Miss Shongwe!!! I'm fed up with this company that clearly does not follow the POPI Act guidelines and send private sms's with these people's confidential information to my number. My surname is not Shongwe or Chauke and my initials are not TM and I don't have a Truworths account! STOP CALLING ME AND UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM!!!!
