Harassment on a daily basis

Since November I've been harassed by agents from MDB with regards to my Woolworths loan. They phone me daily to offer "a discount to settle my bill". I got very irate and asked a particular militant agent called Candice; that if I'd already spoken for about ten minutes to 2 separate agents - explaining that I am unable to settle - surely that was enough and why do they keep phoning me? Her answer was that they "had a mandate from Woolworths and THEY WOULD KEEP PHONING ME DAILY UNTIL THE OFFER EXPIRED!!" She was of the opinion that my right to work takes a backseat to their 'mandate' and that they were entitled to harass on a daily basis. Candice even phoned on a 'Private Number' - just to get me to answer. In addition - they keep sending smses. I've complained to management twice and ended up explaining to them that this loan was made prior in 2010; after which I was 'retrenched' as my employer refused to accommodate my employment as I had become somewhat medically disabled during my 14 year tenure. I subsequently broke (crushed) a vertebra in my back. I found employment earning purely commission and have made arrangements in 2012 to pay a minimal amount - but that is all that I can afford. Throughout the years, I've had months where I earned minimally and sometimes went without pay. I have always contacted the debt collectors to make arrangements. I've supp**** MBD and all others with doctor's letters, stating that my prognosis for work is not good. I've never received a single response from any of the debt collectors with regards to the letters - not even an acknowledgement. MBD also has a problem getting the settlement dates right. I'd arrange to make payment at month's end - then I will receive a sms to pay on the 27th or the 23rd 'as arranged' MBD's 'mandate with Woolworths' apparently ened on 22 December - yet they phone daily. This morning at 7:30 again - wanting me to settle the account this month and wanting a debit order. The agent just dropped the call when I said I don't allow debit orders - not even thank you or goodbye. They arrogance and rudeness of these people is unbelievable! I pay via EFT. It is pointless to allow a debit order - as when I don't get paid, I'd be incurring bank costs and a bad credit record when they keep pushing through debits. FNB (where I had an A+ rating before being retrenched) messed up my efforts to manage my accounts by lodging a R55 debit for their legal line - which they pushed through 3 times a month, incurring costs of R450 per month. I do not allow debit orders on my accounts. I've explained that too, at length. MBD is specifically ignoring all of the information I have previously supp**** even to supervisors and in writing; simply bulldozing along and pushing their agenda. Apart from the fact that they are breaking the POPI Act - which is that you may only use a person's details for the specific reason that you have obtained it - and surely not to promote a Woolworths initiated campaign - MBD is also creating a problem; that I now avoid all their calls. No matter whether you speak to them or not - they phone the next day again. Either from an 087 number, a 011 number or Private Number. Very soon they will tell Woolworths that I am not responding and the latter will decide to take me to court. MBD also told me that I would be paying for each call that they are making - so if I don't answer a call from one agent in a day, they will charge me for every subsequent call made the same day. MBD operates like the mafia - this is ******ion. I am tired of their daily harassment calls. I am tired of their threats. I am not sure what my next step is - I wish there was help fr me out there. I've recently been diagnsed with Addisons disease in addition to my other conditions. This harassment is having an adverse effect on my health.
