Harassment on a daily basis

I made an arrangement to pay my Edgars account off on a monthly basis, by the end of the month. EVERY SINGLE MONTH, at least a week before the end of the month, I get sms's & e-mails stating I have not honoured my agreement, I have not paid the agreed amount & that I must pay immediately to avoid further action.<br> <br> I have sent countless e-mails (on the e-mail they provide for queries) stating I have an agreement, I pay the agreed amount & I pay before the agreed date yet I still receive both e-mails & sms's stating I have either underpaid or not paid at all. This goes on well into the new month. I have also provided dates of payment, yet I still get these threatening & harassing messages. I also receive countless calls despite me advising I am unable to take calls during the day.<br> <br> I have also sent an email monthly to confirm my next payment date yet I am still harassed.<br> <br> This is pure harassment, which this company is notorious for. It is downright unacceptable. I will take this further if need be because this is ********. I am sick & tired of this daily harassment, it better end
