Harassment on a daily

My account has been paid up for over a year even received a paid up letter to date they still harassing me as well as to my work place and family as well Ive sent several emails with no response when I take the call they advise me to contact customer service eventually when I get through I'm transferred to another department then calls cut and that is how it's been for over a year...

I'm really tired honestly!!!
