Harassment of non client

For the past year MDB call me at 7am 6 days a week regarding a Vodacom account that I have not signed up for. The more you tell the people that they have dialed the wrong number and to check their records for the account holder information, the more they keep calling me. I feel that I need to get a restraining order against MDB for continuous telephonic harassment in this regard
