Harassment Never Stops?

For the past 3months now I have been harassed by MBD Attorneys with sms and phone calls. I have called them numerous times to correct the error they have, and every time they promise me the error is now sorted out and it will not happen again. The following day they still send me a spam sms that will follow for another week. How can this problem be resolved? You are looking for a lady with ref/account number 92 ********** 2965 57 on a TV license issue, license number ********** 55. How do you end up with me and my details? Please get this sorted as soon as possible because I cannot take this harassment anymore.
