HARASSMENT!!!!!!!!! MBD credit solutions

Can Hellopeter please assist with the following matter?

I am being harassed by MBD on a daily basis sometimes up to 4 - 5 calls a day at my work place, we are not allowed to get personal calls where i work... and i have received complaints about it already.

The account in question is !!!!!!!! 11 YEARS !!!!!!!! old and has been prescribed with all the necessary documents handed in to them. they are taking chances!!!!!!!

BUT, i cant get the harassment to stop not after numerous calls, and not being able to speak to a Manager or Team leader!!!!!!!

Can someone please assist?
