Harassment mails with no feedback

Received a debt letter in June 2015, contacted with no reply via e-mail (still have all e-mails for record purposes) receive a new debt letter via e-mail the following month with interest on outstanding amount. Contacted number provided with no avail, send a e-mail with no reply no acknowledgment from the company what so ever. <br> <br> Ask for a signed contract that proof my debt whit the provider and they can not find or send me the signed contract, but expect me to pay for something I have no knowledge off. I ask for things within my rights and receive no feedback, sending e-mails on a daily basis, phoning weekly with lines just ringing. Got hold of a consultant Sally eventually and spoke to her. 8 Weeks passed already with no feedback with regards with what was discussed (luckily also e-mailed her her what was discussed via telephone for record purposes) <br> <br> Want to resolve the matter but just receive interest rated mails monthly that I will not pay what soever. Tired and frustrated with this harassment tactics. <br> <br> cc'd Transunion, the service provider in all e-mail's and seems no one care to help, give relevant feedback. Just want matters resolved. Not just paying for the sake of it.
