Harassment Letters regarding outstanding Emfuleni
I sold my property in Vereeniging in December 2014. All settlement payments have been made to myself. This matter is regarding MBD credit solutions claiming i owe Emfluleni Local Municipality R156.11. Today i received a Letter of demand via e- mail threatening me to pay it . The Emfuleni Municipality did the final figures of my retainer for Water , lights , Rates and Taxes and reimbursed me through the Lawyer handing the sale of my property. The threats from MBD are very upsetting and if they tarnish my I.T.C excellant record i shall not take it lightly.
