Harassment, incompetence and ******* practise.

I am trying to get hold of Bernadette who is specifically helping me with my case. Everytime I phone for her I get through to a general switchboard and am told that I cannot speak to her because they are all working from home. I have requested her work email too, to no avail. Please send me her work email address so that I may increase my payments as she would not give me the account number. Anyone I end up speaking to, goes on about a R.L.Theart and his debt. TAKE MY NUMBER OFF HIS PROFILE! I DON'T KNOW HIM! I get 2 to 3 harassing emails and SMSes daily for this Theart person's account but no one is prepared to do this for what reason only satan himself knows! I am fuming about this utter MESS on YOUR behalf. Now please get BERNADETTE and BERNADETTE ONLY to EMAIL me and NOT phone!!!!!! Your phone calls to me for someone elses account is pure harassment. I can't even give you my reference number because the only reference number I was given was NOT FOR ME but this THEART person!!!!!!! If BERNADETTE doesn't get back to me with her EMAIL ONLY, I will be FORCED to take this matter to the LAW SOCIETY for ******* practise. I have no problem paying my debt but I have a MASSIVE problem being harassed for some other idiots debt. Please sort your team out as they seem to not know what is going on. Or better yet, inform me that you have handed my case to a firm that ACTUALLY knows what they are doing. All your 1 star reviews on Hello Peter speak for themselves. The harassment complaints are endless and all I see is an automated generic response on this site. I can only imagine that this message won't be read or dealt with appropriately. I will probably just get another generic automated response. SORT?THIS?AND?YOURSELVES?OUT!!!!
