Harassment in the work place as well as personally

<p>August 2016 I went in for chemotherapy.</p> <p>Under my plan I was admitted. My blood tests were not put through as procedure by Groote Schuur Hospital.</p> <p> </p> <p>7 months later 27 weeks pregnant and I get harassed for a R300 blood test.</p> <p>I actually paid it. I couldn’t be bothered because it was messed up I figure Discovery wouldn’t put this through.</p> <p>I never received any confirmation of this blood test as it was not put through (Sounds like some ******* activity doesn’t it).</p> <p> </p> <p>To top this matter off Groote Schuur handed me over for (R300) without contacting me about this blood test that was done (after they messed up on over booking chemotherapy beds).</p> <p> </p> <p>MBD has started harassing me at my work place and phoning me on my personal cell as well as on private number after I asked them not to phone on private number. Telling me to make payment and all sorts of excuses for releasing me my proof of payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>What an ********* business who I cannot believe after working with such personal information cannot update their systems and have excuse after excuse. They clearly have more people hired to act as loan sharks than to have people updating and understanding the admin side. </p> <p>I feel as though making payment was not worth it and not enough to get them off my back after I told them that this could have been put through my medical aid or I might have already paid it as I have been paying through my ears for all the mess ups that have happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would tell people not to work through them and possibly get your lawyers involved as this business does not know to even run a company as such.</p> <p> </p> <p>Harass someone for payment and then continue to do exactly that even after payment?</p> <p>Are they trying to double up on more income here?</p> <p>Are they *******ly trying to get more money in their pocket after clearly refusing to confirm me with payment confirmation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolute disgrace. Possibly paying the company that handed you over would be easier than having to be disturbed after promises and promises of exactly not doing that. Its ******** to phone someone at their work place. Seeing as my information was updated at the hospital as well they would have all my relevant information but phoning me at work to embarrass me for R300 makes this right?</p> <p> </p> <p>I pay all that I need to. </p> <p> </p> <p>Personally all people should avoid this company at all costs because they are unorganised and unprepared.</p>
