Harassment from the staff at MBD

MBD is a collection agency? I think? as even the staff themselves cannot give you clear details of this company. I have been receiving sms's from this company requesting payment for a Mpilo Khumalo. I have phoned endlessly and everytime they promise to remove my name. That is where it stays a promise to remove my details from this outstanding debt regarding a cell no. I am Magda du Plessis and am as Afrikaans as you can get, but apparently according to Tshegosatso Letsabo, a staff member at MBD ,people speak with different accents and he therefore cannot tell me that I do not sound like a Mpilo Khumalo. My concern is what is this incompetency of this company doing to my credit record. It is scary that they can just randomly connect one to an oustanding debt and then demand that you must pay it.
