Harassment from MBDLC

I am being harassed for legal action on an account at truworths. The company calls me 3 to 4 times a day . They sent me an SMS with legal action. I have called them twice explaining that it is not my account and I do not know the person who has the account at truworths. They still call me and I have asked them twice to remove my number. They say they will remove my number but they do not. But I still get phone calls and SMSs from the company. I will take this complaint further if they do not stop harassing me.
