Harassment from MBD for another persons debt.

I am being harrassed by MBD on a daily basis , they call me every day looking for someone else and no matter how many times i try and explain nicely that they have the wrong person they just keep calling me daily. this has become pure harassment and they just don't listen to reason.

Please advise if anyone knows if i can go the legal route to have this stopped,
