Harassment for an account which is not mine

Please STOP HARASSING ME! I’ve sent numerous emails, called in, answered calls explaining I DO NOT KNOW WHO YOU ARE LOOKING FOR! The cellphone number Vodacom gave was obviously a recycled number! I do not know who Snevuvu is! I was instructed to send an email to *** who did not have the decency to acknowledge my email as well as *** and again was ignored! This is now frustrating! Even on a day the country is basically shutdown due to riots I get harassed for an account which is not mine
