Harassment for accounts NOT MINE

I keep on receiving email correspondence for a MR PAUL GREEN , for a ABSA Personal loan and Standard Bank account. I keep on emailing *** with no response TO MY REQUEST to remove my contact details. I would love to know how they obtained my information? Firstly my name is Paula and i am a female definitely not Paul and my surname is not GREEN. Can you please remove my contact details as this is a serious bridge in terms of POPIA....
