Harassment even after settling the requested amount

After all the back and forth regarding an account that was not appearing on my profile, you sent me a letter and that was paid in full as per the letter. I get calls from your agents every morning but as soon as I answer, they don't speak and hang up. I hope I won't be charged for those calls. I do answer them, hoping for answers on when will I receive my paid up letter.
