Harassment

I pay my MBD account every single month on time, yet I get phone calls from them every day from the 20th of each month!!! Every single day, sometimes twice in one day!!! I answer my phone each and every time, but they have now phoned on my work number twice in one week!! I have asked them to never phone me there, yet they don't care! The agents are rude and don't understand the frustration that I get to when I have to speak to them every day, sometimes twice a day!

I don't understand why the harassment i undergo every month and I pay them on time every month! Please explain the logic, don't you want me to pay, seeing as you need to irritate me each month, so I don't feel like paying you???

You can never speak to a manager, seems there are none, to request them to not phone me EVERY DAY!
