Harassment

I was harassed for someone else's debt .I told the consultant that I was in the meeting and asked that he calls me later and the response was "you don't tell me to call you back ,you owe us money so you are the one that needs to call us back "I told him that he called a wrong number and that I don't owe any money but that did not stop him ,he continued talking and never took note of what I was telling him.

Please train your staff properly .They need to confirm first if they're speaking to the right person before telling that the person owes money .even if the person owes money they need to show some respect and be professional. The consultant was very rude and disrespectful.

Stop harassing people who don't even owe you money !
