Harassment callcentre

<p>I have been.handed over to MBD. Since this month i have been harrassed by them for.payment although payment has been made every month. I am unemployed and can only afford a certain amount a month but they will call me continuously and even at night 10 times a day every day asking when the next payment is going to be made. I have even made arrangements with one agent and recieved an sms to confirm payment arrangement but still they have been calling me every day 10 times a day.. So pathethic and improfesaional.conduct. Can they please atop.this harassment.</p>
