Harassment

So, my mom is receiving endless calls from #mbdattorneys #nutunbusinesssutions about her "oustanding TV license payment". There is a "consultant" called Boitumelo who is EXTREMELY rude. She screams at my mom on the phone, she is demanding and intimidating, and harasses her continuously. I have sent them proof of payment ample times, yet, my mom still gets harassed on a daily basis. Clearly #SABC and #mbdattorneys don't quite understand how to run an accounts department or read a bank statement. I also found a link online about people complaining about this very attorney's offices for their harassment and bullying. Could someone please teach them? It would be greatly appreciated.
