HARASSMENT!!!!

My husband & I have had ENOUGH of being harassed by MBD. They have phoned us each more than once a day for the last 3 weeks and every single time we tell them the same story, but the next day they call again. They don't make notes about our conversations, they just call and harass every day and we must tell the same story over and over and over. How can we make them stop....it is causing us a lot of anxiety. My husband does not have a job and I work for a non-essential company so won't get paid this month....don't they get that, don't they care. It seems not. And I think they enjoy harassing people and causing us much anxiety. We are at our wits end. I emailed them and got a response from their legal secretary, Perushini Irusan, who promised to freeze our files so that we do not get calls and sms's for the time being, but again they do not live up to their promises, we are still being harassed. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
