Harassment by Munnik Basson Dagama Incorporated

T whom it may concern

Munnik Basson Dagama Incorporated has been harassing me every single day for the past month and a half after receiving my High Court order for Surrender of Estate via email at ***. The call center operators now phone me twice a day and as soon as I answer the phone, they drop the calls.

The staff is a reflection of top management. I would suggest that the CEO; Guy Harradine, Phillemon Magolego, Anel Kramer, and Louis Bekker should start investing in educating their staff on legal terminology and processes rather than on harassment techniques. I have on recording an agent who admitted that she does not know what the word sequestration or liquidation means. I wonder how much blood this company has on their hands especially now during the COVID pandemic?

I have reported Munnik Basson Dagama Incorporated to the Council for Debt Collectors (***) and to the Law Society of South Africa and the Attorneys Fidelity Fund (***).
