HARASSMENT BY MBD ATTORNEYS AND ABSA BANK
This company is harassing me and their client ABSA Bank is not better!! I made arrangements for payment of my outstanding amounts due to COVID. I pay on time but still I get calls and SMS from MBD Attorneys after I already made payments. ABSA Bank also phones me 3 to 6 times a day and send me messages the whole time.
If I didn't pay it would have been a different story but I do pay the amount as arranged and on time.
NO WRITTEN CONFIRMATION RECEIVED AT ALL FROM MBD Attorneys. Only phone calls and SMS messages. At this stage I don't even know what legal costs they are writing for unnecessary phone calls and messages.
I have requested on various occasions that they stop phoning me and stop messaging me but they just carry on.
